The three bedroom three bath condominium provides an opportunity for an unforgetable vacation. The wrap-around-balcony is accessible from the living, dining, and two bedrooms. Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort has amenities on the 110 acreas so that the options provided for fun makes choices for the whole family challenging. Amenities include a 11,500 sq. ft. beach-side Lagoon Pool with rock formations and water falls as well as two jacuzzies. Have happy hour at one of the restaurants which is located at beach side. Enjoy a game of golf or tennis or relax in the spa. If you do not wish to walk around the resort, the tram is available to take you to your destination.

Pelican Walk

Pelican walk is located on Thomas Drive, a favorite place for families. The three bedroom two bath condominium offers a spacious place with all the comforts of home plus a vacation spot. The condominium is located on the 4th floor overlooking one of the two pools (one seasonally heated). The wrap-around balcony overlooking the glistening white sand of the beach and emerald waters of the gulf. Relax on the balcony while the children holds the wand and watch the bubbles blow away with the cool breeze from the gulf.

This beautiful, upscale getaway offers three bedrooms, three full baths, a den, and a full modern kitchen with all the amenities of home. Tidewater Beach, one of the newest resorts in Panama City Beach, offers fun for the whole family: everything to do in, on, under, or above the water. Onsite ameneties include two lagoon pools and an indoor pool, a pool-side tiki bar, a fitness center, a covered walkway from the parking deck, and much more. The new Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex is within walking distance, and fine dining, shopping, and water sports are all close by.

For the health, safety, and comfort of all guest, smoking is prohibited in the condominiums.

RentalsRentals are Sat.-Sat. 3:00 p.m. - 10:00 a. m. No rentals under 25 years of age unless married or accompanied by parents. For nightly rentals a minimum stay is 3 days and will begin or end on Sat. No crossing over 2 rental weeks.
